Successful Reentry Through Employment

The topic for the 36th TV show produced by the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency is, “Successful Reentry through Employment.”

Employment is vital to the reentry process. We also acknowledge that there is reluctance for some employers to hire CSOSA clients. The question is; what can be done to entice more employers to consider people on supervision?

The challenge for CSOSA is to inform the community of VOTEE (CSOSA’s employment and education unit), our dedication to employer satisfaction, and the fact that we have clients who are skilled, trustworthy and reliable.

The program explores why employers hire people under supervision and the benefits to themselves and society.
