The program provides an interview with John Hattery, Director, Workforce Training and Employment for the Home Builders Institute, National Association of Homebuilders. The Association maintains job training and employment programs throughout the country as they relate to the building trades. The Association maintains that their programs successfully train and employ thousands of offenders each year.

The program provides a discussion of the use of GPS or satellite tracking of criminal offenders. Our guests are Branch Chief Catherine Terry-Crusor and Carlton Butler, GPS Supervisor.

Please note that there were 350 offenders under satellite tracking at the time this program was recorded. By the posting date (March 28, 2008) there were 600 offenders under GPS tracking. There will be 800 offenders assigned to the program by the end of 2008.
