The Association maintains job training and employment programs throughout the country as they relate to the building trades. The Association maintains that their programs successfully train and employ thousands of offenders each year.

    Programs for offenders is something that has to happen violent offenders must be hard to train but good workers are people that make it out of the jail systems.
