The program interviews John Buntin of Governing Magazine who wrote “How Game Theory is Reinventing Crime Fighting.” The article provides a multi-decade examination of  crime control discussing incarceration, budget cuts, reactions of the criminal justice system and new programs emerging that place emphasis on high risk offenders. Mr. Buntin manages to do all this within five readable pages.
