The show interviews Neil Goodloe, former Chief Probation Officer for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Neil provides an account of his effort to introduce evidence based practices into his district when he became Chief Probation Officer. Neil is retired and now works as a trainer and consultant for the North Pointe Institute for Public Management.
