<description>While watching your broadcast, I found it very interesting that none of your guest really discuss the importance of employment and the economic disparities that often lead to a life of crime. We all know that you have to address mental health, substance abuse and the various facets of a persons life that contribute to criminality and hardship but without meaningful employment it becomes very hard for a individual to sustain themselves.
