The program interviews Darryl Hallman, Director of the AYT Institute of Washington, D.C. The program addresses the hiring of people on parole and probation supervision. Most of the individuals hired by Mr. Hallman to staff his automotive shops were once part of the criminal justice system.

  2. Thanks for sharing very useful. Hiring offenders is not easy task, the employers have to be aware about the criminal history and how to get work done from the offenders.

    I think it’s good actually because if you truly want to give someone a second chance then SOMEONE has to employ them.

    So many people push them away… but without a chance what are they left with?
